Tasting note
Complex bouquet of black berries, spicy and woody aromas. Powerful, intense start on the palate. Dense, complex body with a beautiful harmony of ripe tannins, juicy acidity, intense fruit aromas and finely integrated oakwood aromas. Long-lasting finish, ending with lovely toasted notes.
Vinification
After 14 days of fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in French and American barriques and then stored in bottles.
