About the wine
With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Leone de Castris masters this white wine in the blooming and sunny countryside of Apulia. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Chardonnay with soft cheese or goat cheese.
Tasting note
This is memorable: its bright amber yellow is first pleasing to the eye and then to the mind. The fruity aromas of passion fruit, peach and almond express lots of character with a very special structure. The fruity nuances of lemon, lime and apple then show their own character. A fruity white wine with a slim body and dominant acidity, which develops its lively structure on the tongue and on the palate.
