Tasting note
Almost black dark red, with plum-colored reflections. Complex, fruity range of aromas, in particular black cherry, spices. Wonderful structure, beautifully integrated tannins. A great wine!
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with meat terrine, guinea fowl, roast turkey, lamb, marinated meat, grilled meat, venison specialties, cheese plates and soft cheese.
