About the wine
With the first-class Maso Papa Pinot Grigio Vigna delle Dolomiti IGT, which was produced in 2017, you will certainly enjoy it. The winemaker from the Italian winery Cantine Monfort has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and refinement are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the picturesque and fertile Trentino countryside.
Tasting note
Clear, grey-gold color, medium-density color, colortight. Fresh, rip-fruity bouquet, yellow stone fruits, mirabelles, herbaceous, earthy mineral notes, slightly animalistic touch in the finish. Very long, soft start, strong but elegant on the palate, balanced acidity, nice aromatic presence in the aftertaste with charming fruit, slightly warming. Seductive aromas, paired with race and finesse, great wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with poultry, risotto varieties, vegetarian menus and mild cheeses.
