With the dominant Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 — Mas Collet Cosecha Montsant DO, you can offer your guests something very special. You can describe nature in Catalonia with words such as sparse. However, the Spanish winery Celler Capçanes is trying to express the beauty of its homeland with this red wine. We think he succeeded successfully! Tasting note
Impenetrable purple Black and red berries on the nose. On the palate, ripe cherries and blackberries, finely spicy nuances and subtle roasted and vanilla notes. Velvety without being heavy, balanced and harmonious. A fruity, pleasant aftertaste.

Goes well with lamb, game, tapas, pasta.
Vinification
Vinified in steel tanks, then aged for nine months in French and American barriques.
