Marsannay Es Chézots AOC 2021 - Faiveley

FaiveleyRed wine | 75cl13.5100% Pinot Noir
Tasting note
Beautiful, brilliant ruby red color. The Marsannay reveals a berry bouquet with aromas of blackberries and plums. On the palate, it is opulent, fruity and with a long finish.
Vinification
The grapes picked by hand are fermented for about 18-20 days. After a very gentle pressing process, the young wine is aged in barriques for about 14 months (25% new French oak barriques). The wine then rests in stainless steel tanks for about 2 months before it is bottled.
