Tasting note
Color: Dense cherry red with black core. Aromatics: Clear and pure on the nose, ripe dark fruit, compote, warm roasted aromas, tobacco and leather, subtle, peppery spice. Body: Very long, soft drink, strong on the palate, the dark-berry fruit seduces, floral and oak-spicy components provide an exciting counterpoint, long aftertaste. Quality: An exciting, highly present sensual, harmonious wine.

It goes well with glazed chicken legs and braised dishes such as venison stew.
