About the wine
A must for connoisseurs, this dominant white wine 2017 — Mantel Blanco Verdejo Rueda DO! Magnificent and enchanting landscapes of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon) give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Alvarez y Diez conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you serve this verdejo with fish dishes or vegetable rice.
Tasting note
A light straw yellow paired with green reflections. Intense fruity bouquet with citrus and floral notes. The palate is fresh, structured with balanced acidity. Tasty and long-lasting on the aftertaste, followed by a hint of bitterness at the end.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with salads, cheese, fish, seafood, rice or as an aperitif.
