About the wine
Picturesque and sunny landscapes of the Alentejo give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Malhadinha Nova conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. With the fine Malhadinha Vinho Regional from 2015, you will positively surprise your guests.

Tasting note
Rich, dense ruby red. The scent of red currants and raspberries brings elegance, as does the tart, sweet tobacco aroma, which contrasts delightfully with the herbal freshness. In the body, the fruit is less pronounced. Malhadinha then appears as a well-proportioned, classic wine right through to the long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, chocolate, game and mushrooms.
Vinification
In small lagares at a controlled temperature. Ageing: 14 months in new French oak barrels.
