About the wine
To get a feel for the hilly and mountainous beauty of the Bündner Herrschaft, there is no way around this white wine, which the Swiss WINERY Weinbau von Salis masters with a keen sense of texture. Nuances and accents are redefined with the biting white wine 2016 — Malanser Pinot Blanc AOC. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you offer this Pinot Blanc with tapas or pulpo.

Tasting note
Lemons, green apples and some lemon balm on the nose; lively and refreshing on the palate, the citrus notes are reflected, complemented by dried tea herbs and fine minerals, the fruit acid is well integrated and contributes to the fresh taste of this Pinot Blanc.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with all appetizers and fish dishes.
Vinification
After a few hours of maceration, press and ferment in pure yeast in stainless steel tanks at temperatures between 15 - 18°C.
