About the wine
We have a special, dominant Pinot Noir from 2015 for you, which many wine connoisseurs love. You can describe the nature of the Bündner Herrschaft with words such as mountainous or hilly. However, the Swiss winery Urs-Leonhard Hermann is trying to express its own beauty with this red wine. We think he succeeded! Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Pinot Noir with salmon or red meat.

Tasting note
This wine shows that the Pinot Noir grape variety is rightly native to Switzerland. The bouquet presents typical fruit aromas (raspberries, red cherries), which in a wide variety create a harmonious overall impression. This Blauburgunder from Bündner Herrschaft with a handy structure has all the typical aromas and impresses with its straight, varietal finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with soup, charcuterie, meat dishes, dried meat, Bündner barley soup, beef, pork, Bündnerfleisch, beef siedmeat, rolled chinkli in bread batter.
