Tasting note
Color: Light straw yellow with delicate green reflections. Aroma: Youthful and playful on the palate with a bouquet of lime and grapefruit as well as a subtle nutmeg note and delicate minerality. Character: Fresh and elegant, citrus fruits, green apples, stone fruits and some white flowers. A crunchy refreshing acid.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled or steamed freshwater fish, especially trout, and is also suitable as an aperitif wine.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation and 8 months aging in stainless steel tanks.
