Tasting note
Color: Medium straw yellow. Aroma: Distinctive, open, stone fruit such as white peach and apricot, a touch of floral notes, and exotic fruits. Character: On the palate, the aroma continues, again stone fruit and exotic components, a pleasant and well-integrated acidity, lots of melting and a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with terrines, melons with raw ham, poultry and veal, soft and hard cheeses and desserts.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation and 8-month aging in stainless steel tanks.
