Tasting note
Kräftiger Körper und markante Säure ergeben den fruchtigen Rotwein, welcher harmonisch mit feinen Tanninen im Mund sehr viel Charakter und Klasse zeigt.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with white meats such as veal, red meat, beef, lamb, steak, grill, Mediterranean dishes, semi-hard cheese, hard cheese. Tip: Crispy fish in beer batter and tartar sauce!
Vinification
1/2 aging in stainless steel tanks, 1/2 aging in barriques, contact with fine yeast, individual maturation of each variety before blending for 12 - 15 months
