Tasting note
Collection 241 is characterized by the intensity of Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims, which in 2016 were characterized in particular by their notes of slightly acidic yellow fruits and their slightly roasted, saline aromas. On the palate, the wine is richly structured, round, juicy and has a great calcareous, mineral and salty freshness. The overall impression is sleek, balanced and fresh.
