Tasting note
Dense pale yellow with greenish reflections. Intense aromas of peach and pineapple on the nose, as well as balsamic notes. Well structured, full-bodied and rounded on the palate. Great freshness and pleasant acidity, persistent and fruity on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpost team recommends you to accompany fish dishes and vegetable rice. Our recommendation: Enjoy this white wine at slightly chilled 10°-12°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: 1-4 years.
Vinification
The vinification takes place in steel tanks, fermentation at 16°C. The young wine is then left on the fine yeast for some time.
