About the wine
With the delicious Loess Inspiration Ribera del Duero DO, which was produced in 2015, you will certainly have a lot of fun. With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Spanish winery Loess Hills Vineyard & Winery masters this red wine in the enchanting and graceful landscape of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon).

Tasting note
Ruby red with garnet reflections on the eye, fruity and opulent on the nose. Here, intense aromas of plum and dried fruit meet cinnamon and chocolate with very fine wood notes. On the palate, the Tempranillo is round and with very present tannins. Its silky structure gives it elegance. The aftertaste is long, spicy and balsamic.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Goes perfectly with polenta, barbecue and pizza. Our recommendation: The red wine tastes best at a slightly chilled 18°-20°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: 1-4 years.
Vinification
Traditional vinification and aging of young wine for 9 months in French oak barrels of various degrees of roasting and age.
