You can describe the landscape in Schaffhausen with such words as hilly. However, the Swiss Weingut Lindenhof is trying to express the beauty of its homeland with this white wine. We think he succeeded! Do you already know the strong white wine Lindengelb Chardonnay AOC, vintage 2018? If not, it is time! Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This Chardonnay can be served very well with poultry or asparagus.
Tasting note
Linden money is dry, mineral and well-structured. Citrus notes and freshness dominate the palate. It is particularly worthwhile to be patient here and enjoy the wine when it is slightly ripe.
