Tasting note
Deep ruby red. Intense aromas of red berries, black pepper, amarena cherries and mulberries on the nose. Very fruity on the palate, fine, velvety tannins and a rich body with a spicy, mineral note.
Vinification
The maceration takes place in concrete barrels for about 4 weeks. Depending on the vintage, barrel aging takes around 8-10 months, followed by 6 months in concrete tanks.
