Tasting note
Color: Deep garnet red with black core, distinctive viscosity. Aromatics: Ripe, blackberry bouquet, blueberries, cassis, fine roasty-smoky nuance, delicate animalistic scent of leather. Body: Very long, full-bodied drink, dry, strong body, full and dense on the palate with rich fruity notes, nice aging aromas. Quality: Ripe, strong wine with lots of potential.

Goes well with lamb fillet with rosemary injus, spicy beef with Szechuan pepper, traditional stews such as beef birds
