About the wine
This Pinot Noir draws its power and energy from the gravelly, slate soils of Burgundy. The winemaker from the French winery Domaine Tortochot transforms it into a real treat with great emotion. The dominant Pinot Noir 2015 — Les Jeunes Rois Gevrey-Chambert. AOC is the missing puzzle piece on your wine rack. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Pinot Noir with cheese or red meat.
Tasting note
Color: Intense, bright cherry red, sparkling violet reflections, colortight. Aroma: Delicious, ripe red berries, pickled cherries, a slight hint of dried plums, warm chocolate note, herbaceous and earthy. Body: The pleasant, long start is followed by fine-grained tannins, delicate, well-integrated acidity, compote-like on the palate, fine notes of development in the aftertaste. Quality: Delicate, delicately fruity, elegant, harmonious wine.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with classic roast veal and venison schnitzel.
