Tasting note
The grape varieties are harvested and pressed separately, The maceration takes 3 to 4 weeks, the ones are very ripe Berries allow maximum extraction. The very dense Wine matures in tanks for around 18 months. The flavors are very strong, reminiscent of overripe and dried fruits (apricots), nuts and almonds. In the palate seductively soft, long-lasting.
