Tasting note
Its exquisite crimson color crowns every festive occasion with style and magic. You won't find this color in any color palette. Les Garigoles's playful scent spectrum of blackberry, bread and jam shows a complex aroma structure and a lot of finesse. The dominant notes of blackcurrant and chocolate create its individual texture. Medium-bodied and dominant acidity result in the fruity red wine, which harmoniously shows plenty of character and class in the mouth with fine tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for the organic red wine is a slightly chilled 16°-18°C. Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Les Garigoles goes perfectly with game, barbecue and roasted vegetables.
