Expressive nose with aromas of white peach, ripe pear, blood orange and wild strawberries, spiced with notes of almond sponge cake, blossom honey and a fine cereal touch. Generous palate, engaging and round, with pressure, good freshness and juicy fruit in the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent with pumpkin or chestnut soup, fried scallops with orange emulsion, fish and crustaceans, but also with poultry such as guinea fowl in morel sauce.
