About the wine
This powerful Gamay — Le Rouge-Gorge Fleurie AOC crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. The gravelly, skewed soils in Burgundy form the breeding ground for this Gamay. The winemaker from the French winery Louis Tête knows how to use them and delights us with this red wine. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This gamay can be served very well with hash browns or roasted poultry.
Tasting note
The playful scent spectrum of the Le Rouge-Gorge Fleurie AOC of banana cleverly flirts with your sense of smell. Subsequently, subtle nuances of black pepper, raspberry and violets will resolutely and consciously convince your senses of taste. A red wine with a light body and dominant acidity, which develops its complex structure silky with subtle tannins on the tongue and palate.
