Tasting note
Golden yellow in the glass. Very fresh, floral nose with aromas of white flowers, stone fruits and linden blossoms. Racy on the palate, with an elegant body, fine minerality and subtle spiciness. Nice acidity and a harmonious, refreshing finish.

Long, controlled cold fermentation and aging in steel tanks.
