Tasting note
Le Lion is fragrant and fruity with a deep ruby-purple color. On the nose, we recognize notes of black cherries, currants and herbs with a touch of cedar wood. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with a fairly long finish. A lovely and charming Lalande-de-Pomerol.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef and venison.
Vinification
Ageing for 12 months in 15% new oak barrels.
