Tasting note
Pale yellow with green reflections. Fruity and floral aromas of apricots, peaches and a citrus note, floral of English roses and an earthy, mineral accent of moss and wet stones. Fresh on the palate, round and balanced, retronal apricots and the scent of white flowers, which give it a nice, harmonious finish. Aromatic white wine that is easy to drink.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, crustaceans, grilled fish, poultry with cream sauce and goat cheese.
