About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Tenuta Di Vaira is absolutely proficient in his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originated in the flourishing and fertile Tuscan countryside. With the provocative Merlot 2015 — Le Ballerine Rosso Toscana IGP, nuances and accents are redefined. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Merlot with poultry or duck.
Tasting note
Color: Dense ruby red with iridescent violet reflections. Aroma: Ripe fruity bouquet, fine notes of ripe raspberries and red cherries, floral, of violets, nice spiciness, fine earthy vegetable touch. Body: Long, full-bodied start, peacock-roasted palate aromas, fine acidity, good tannins, a subtle tart finish with seductive, sweet fruit. Quality: Fresh, easy-to-drink wine that can still be stored well.
