Tasting note
Rich ruby red. On the nose, dense primary aromas of spices and herbs as well as of black fruits. An elegant start on the palate, with a smooth, persistent finish that reflects the primary aromas.
Culinary recommendation
The wine is aged in a clay amphora for 6 months. After bottling, the wine is left to rest for about 5 months before it goes on sale.
