This powerful Shiraz 2016 — Languedoc ac Rouge crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. The winemaker from the French winery Hecht & Bannier masters this red wine with sensitivity and intuition in the sunny landscape of Languedoc-Roussillon. Tasting note
Red fruits dominate this cuvée. Red currants, raspberries and kish are rounded off by spicy black pepper notes.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grill, Mediterranean cuisine, pasta/pizza
Vinification
Syrah is mostly used for this assemblage. Complemented by Grenache and Carignan. It matures in stainless steel tanks, completely without wood expansion.
