About the wine
This outstanding red wine 2015 — Langhe Nebbiolo DOC crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. The winemaker from the Italian winery Tenuta Vitivinicola Cavallotto is absolutely proficient in his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the fertile and sunny Piedmont countryside. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you offer this Nebbiolo with prosciutto or truffle risotto.
Bio
Tasting note
It usually comes from the youngest vines in the Barolo vineyards. Excellent structure with typical aromas of red fruits, flowers and spices. Very intense and full.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with sausages, beef tartare and vitello tonnato as well as pasta, red meat and aged cheese.
Vinification
Angaben über Vinifizierung: Die Trauben für den Langhe Nebbiolo stammen alle aus der Grand Cru-Lage Bricco Boschis. Nach der Spontangärung wird der Wein für 15-24 Monate in grossen slawonischen Eichenfässern ausgebaut.
