About the wine
This outstanding red wine Langhe Nebbiolo DOC is in the truest sense of the word a triumph down to the last drop! The winemaker from the Italian winery Ettore Germano masters this red wine with sensitivity and intuition in the fertile and picturesque landscape of Piedmont. The Flaschenpöstler guarantees a dining experience when you offer this Nebbiolo with burrata or prosciutto.

Tasting note
Medium ruby red A bouquet of fresh fruits, cherries and blossoms. Full and warm on the palate with attractive round tannins. Long finish
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hot starters, pasta dishes and light meat dishes
Vinification
Fermentation 3-4 days on the skins at 25°C. The juice is squeezed out before the wine has fermented completely dry. The rest of the fermentation then takes place without skins and the biological acid degradation and the rest of the ageing take place in stainless steel tanks. The wine is bottled in the summer of the following year.
