Tasting note
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is fresh and fruity with a touch of exotic fruit. The palate is pleasantly acidic and fresh.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with appetizers, white meats, poultry and vegetable quiche.
Vinification
The alcoholic fermentation is initiated with selected yeasts and then transferred to barriques, where it is completed. The wine then stays in the bottle for a few months.
