About the wine

Tasting note
A subtle, very elegant nose with floral notes, apricots and Golden Delicious, as well as a delicate almond scent and lime blossom. The palate shows a wonderfully balanced fruit, predominantly yellow-fruity, suitably complemented by citrus. Plenty of juiciness and charm in a balanced finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with an aperitif, crusts and shellfish as well as poultry go well with it.
Vinification
Hand harvest at the beginning of September. The grapes are cooled, then pressed, fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks.
