Tasting note

Culinary recommendation
The perfect accompaniment to the intense roasted aromas of grilled dishes — whether steaks, vegetables, BBQ pieces, poultry or fish.
Vinification
Selective manual harvesting of the ripe grapes, followed by classic mash fermentation for around two weeks, aging in barriques takes around one year before the wines are bottled and aged in the bottle for three months before sale.
