About the wine
Lagrein is one of the autochthonous and oldest grape varieties in South Tyrol. In the past, wine was mainly aged as rosé; it was only since the 80s of the last century that the “Lagrein dunkel” became established.
Tasting note
Fresh, mineral with notes of citrus and stone fruit.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, fish dishes and white meats.
Vinification
Expansion in stainless steel tanks.
