Tasting note
Lagrein has a ruby and dark garnet red color, a spicy, fruity smell of roasted aromas, pepper and dark chocolate. As well as blackberries, cherries and violets. A wine with a very complex structure and intense aromas.

Goes well with game, roasts, dark meats and hard cheeses.

Fermentation in steel tanks, aging in new oak barrels/barriques for 16 months
