About the wine
The “La Cueva Colorá” vineyard with an area of 5.47 hectares was planted in 1960 in the area of the same name. It is cultivated in the field with vines from individual vines from the area. It is cultivated on dry, calcareous soils with a loamy texture.

Tasting note
Color: Intense cherry. Smell: Predominant notes of black fruit, with spicy and age-related notes integrated into the whole. Palate: Powerful and rounded, concentrated and meaty, with a structured and well-armed palate due to its rounded and elegant tannins and its medium acidity, which makes every sip very pleasant, and its finish is characterized by good persistence.
Vinification
Ageing: 12 months in French and American oak barrels (80/20). Refinement: on the bottle rack for 10 months.
