About the wine
Christmas 2021 is just around the corner! Make the most of it with this provocative Grenache 2019 — La Vallée Sélection Parcellaire AOP! The winemaker from the French winery Domaine Galuval - Moreau greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside of the Côtes du Rhône. The Flaschenpost team guarantees a culinary experience if you offer this grenache with spicy food or burgers with blue cheese.

Tasting note
Pale yellow with golden reflections. Fresh notes of fennel and lime on the nose. On the palate, notes of ripe apricot and hazelnut. Elegant and long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, oysters, crustaceans and shellfish, fish dishes, poultry and asparagus.
Vinification
The best grapes are harvested manually. 30% is aged for 9 months in new, large wooden barrels. The other 70% mature in stainless steel tanks.
