Tasting note
Bright pale yellow Fruity, with aromas of grapes and pome fruit. Typical, rich Chasselas with lots of charm and finesse.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with seafood and crustaceans, whitefish fillets, rabbits with mustard sauce, chicken with curry sauce and onion cake.
