About the wine
The calcareous soils in Andalusia form the breeding ground. The winemaker from the Spanish winery Victoria Ordóñez knows how to use them and delights us with this white wine. You will certainly enjoy the fine La Ola del Melillero Sierras de Málaga DO, which was produced in 2017.
Bio
Tasting note
Bright white gold Aromatic floral on the nose, with notes of elderflowers, kaffir lime leaves and white currants. Fresh, slim, precise and straightforward on the palate. Very delicate and delicate aromas with an exciting acid nerve.

Vinification
30 to 100-year-old vines hidden in the steep slopes of the Sierra Tejeda Mountains. Complex, ancient soils, mainly slate. Very low yields. Separate vinification of the plots in 500 to 1,000 l tanks for 10 months on the yeasts.
