About the wine
Treat your guests at Christmas dinner with this hearty Shiraz 2019 — La Montagne Sélection Parcellaire AOP. The winemaker from the French winery Domaine Galuval - Moreau grows this wine in the Côtes du Rhône countryside. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Shiraz with barbecue or roasted vegetables.

Tasting note
Color: garnet red with purple reflections. Aroma: On the nose, a wonderful bouquet with raspberry and blackberry notes. Character: Full-bodied on the palate with velvety tannins, plus notes of ripe, red fruits.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta, red meat, game, grilled meat, poultry and much more.
Vinification
The best grapes are harvested manually. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging in French barriques for 12 months.
