About the wine

Tasting note
Dark purple with ruby reflections. Good complexity on the nose, with notes of dark berries, cedarwood, plum compote and fine spice. On the palate, a wine with lots of fruit and fine barrique aromas, caramel, some jam, juicy acidity and finely honed tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Wonderful with grilled lamb and spicy pasta casserole.
Vinification
The grapes are picked and selected by hand. The mash fermentation takes place in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. The young wine is aged for twelve months in new and used French barriques. The wine then ages in the bottle for a further twelve months.
