Tasting note
With a lovely pale gold color Rich and very aromatic with many fruity scents of apricot and peach but also floral nuances. On the palate, this viognier is round, with an exceptional balance between richness and acidity, with great freshness and a honey-like finish.
Vinification
The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. The aging takes several months in tanks on fine yeast.
