Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the picturesque and blooming countryside of Sardinia.
Tasting note
Bright yellow with golden reflections. Fine and delicate on the nose. Aromas of ripe pome fruit, citrus and dried flowers. Racy and dry on the palate with a juicy structure. The aromas of the nose are repeated. A delicious, fresh wine with a lively, medium-length finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with appetizers or appetizers.
Vinification
After careful harvesting and pressing of the grapes, the must is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks.
