Tasting note
This banyuls is fun for the next forty years. It was harvested by hand, spontaneously fermented on indigenous yeasts and stopped after 5 days with 96% wine alcohol, since 1990 it has been expanded together with other vintages using the solera process, in the style of the Knights Templar did in the Middle Ages, 12 bottles from a candy jar ended up at Cavino >2060+
