About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Musita has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the blooming and fertile landscape of Sicily. Tasting note
Intense straw yellow. The nose is fine and elegant, reminiscent of flowers and citrus fruits. Very fresh and lively on the palate, soft and elegant on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with crustaceans, seafood, grilled fish and, of course, as an aperitif.
Vinification
Harvest by hand between the end of August and the beginning of September. Slow fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14-16°C with selected yeast materials. Maturation period in stainless steel tanks on our own fine yeast for 4 months with finely tuned pumped circulation cycles. Then a short maturation period in the bottle for at least 2 months.
