About the wine
Sunny and picturesque landscapes of the Rhine Valley give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the German Weingut Rings conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience if you offer this Riesling with Indian cuisine or mushrooms.
Bio
Tasting note
Smiled at years ago, Steinacker is now the winner of climate change. The highest vineyard in Weingut Rings, located right on the edge of the forest on limestone, produces great, very mineral wines. It is definitely worthwhile to leave the wine in the cellar for a while.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The organic white wine tastes best at slightly chilled 10°-12°C. With mushrooms, shrimps and duck, Flaschenpöstler recommend this Kallstadter Steinacker Riesling.
Vinification
10 months in stainless steel tanks and half-piece barrels on full yeast.
