Tasting note
Even in local wine, you can taste the special terroir from Kallstadt. The cool locations paired with the calcareous soils give the local wine great minerality and freshness. At a young stage, the wine is great to enjoy with an aperitif; with a little maturity, it becomes a great food companion.
